We thank the reviewer for his positive comments on the manuscript.

Commented [M1]: I suggest removing this statement, mentioning only the refereneces.

Done

Commented [M2]: Please indicate between brackets what does the letters mean.

Corrected accordingly

Commented [M3]: Please use the same font in tables like in the main text.

Corrected accordingly

Commented [M4]: If possible please do some comparisons with the literature, in relation with the results presented in Fig.1.

Figure 1 shows abundance data for 3 functional groups following inoculation with different Azospirillum formulations. To our knowledge, no other study presents this type of analysis at the microbial functional group level. It is therefore not possible to discuss these data in relation to previously published data.

Reviewer 2 Report

The manuscript complements the paper of these authors in Frontiers. The text is well-written and experiments are designed properly. It is just suggested to the authors to subtract text for misspellings and unwanted symbols.

Author Response

We thank the reviewer for his/her positive comments on the manuscript. We carefully edited the manuscript to correct typos and spelling errors.
