Membrane computing is an interdisciplinary research field focused on new computational models, also known as P systems, inspired by the compartmental model of the cell and the membrane transport mechanisms. The main idea of this field is to develop computational tools (algorithms) by taking inspiration from nature for the solution of complex practical problems, such as immobilization of enzymes on membranes. Authors of this manuscript used the P systems to determine the maximum clique in a given undirected graph.

This is very specialized paper for a small audience. To increase the impact of this article, one could check the performance of this system in a system of specific enzymes and specific membranes. Is the described system suitable for membranes with different parameters? Is it appropriate for all classes of enzymes?

The editorial aspect of the article should be improved.

We already added some experiments with some parameters on the paper

Is it appropriate for all classes of enzymes? On our cases, the enzymes only appropriate for one class only.

The editorial aspect of the article should be improved.

We already improved some editorial and modify the images on the paper.

Cell membranes are a very complex environment, so methods of modeling and predicting their behavior can be very useful. This publication seems to be within the scope of journal. However it needs several corrections to be more acceptable for publication.

Revised paper must be crossed checked for English by native speaker. Line 22: Please rewrite sentence. There is not clear „P System consist in the combination of P Systems”. Line 44: Please give examples of practical application. The text of manuscript must be formatted in accordance with the requirements for authors. References must be numbered in order of appearance in the text. All abbreviations must be explained in the text. The bibliography should contain more recent publications.

We already conducted the English proof reading from Native Speaker onto the paper. We also provide in more detail terms and abbreviation on the paper. The bibliography  already upgraded and added as well.
