  1. Line 35: please add examples of the challenges (could be in parenthesis).
  2. Please explain what is the Bs and Cs in figure 2 (buildings and chromosomes? --but must be explained in text or figure caption).
  3. Line 326. Did you check values other than those determined in Wilson's work? Could other values work best?
  4. Line 339. Please add the appropriate citations ("according to the suggestion of scholars...")
  5. Line 346. What are the values proposed by Sun? Readers should not refer to Sun for the exact values.
  6. What is the MaxGen in Tables? Explain.
  7. Add block numbers in Figure 6a so that we can locate the results presented in tables.
  8. Line 410. "can generate more available results". Did you mean something else? (useful, acceptable,...)

The study proposes a unique method for building displacement and applies it in an experimental setting. This is an interesting study though I do have some reservations.

  • What makes the displacement method based on multipopulation genetic algorithm (BDMPGA) unique? This section needs more information for readers.

 

  • How does this proposed method vary from other multipopulation-based algorithms (MPBA)? If it varies from some aspects, then someone would expect to include in control group experiments as well. If not, how does this method become unique or novel?

 

  • How does the immigration process work? Is there any risk, restriction, the limitation for this process besides the mentioned parts?

 

  • Is there any optimum condition or real-world example (range) that this proposed system works better? For instance, the ideal scale, the ideal number of buildings (heights/sq. meter footprint), the road/street configurations, the ideal area/size of the neighborhood, etc.?

 

  • The conclusion needs more detailed information as this study has may further directions for many disciplines.
