This is an interesting article on intensive farming systems for Litopenaeus vannamei with innovative adaptations and the use of inactive tanks used for other purposes in aquaculture. It is a well-organized and written article with a good review in the introduction and discussion section. I only detected small errors in the editing of the article.

The author researched retrofitting sea cucumber nursery tanks to RAS. The research was conducted at a large scale and could be useful for Litopenaeus vannamei aquaculture. However, the present research was less novelty and academic finding. Therefore, I judged it to " major revision".

Introduction: Please describe the characteristics of sea cucumber nursery tanks. If the author insists the novel of this research is retrofitting sea cucumber nursery tanks, this information is essential.
