Reviewer 2 Report

The presented publication is very interesting material. The authors presented the key issues related to brewing. As well as the raw material that is currently of interest to the fermentation industry, particularly sorghum. The authors presented the differences in the morphological structure and related technological problems. At work, a lot of space is devoted to various types of beer produced on the basis of or with corn or sorghum. Little-known beers consumed around the world are described. In the opinion of the reviewer, the publication is an interesting illustrative material and certainly broadening the knowledge in this field. The collected literature is up-to-date, which deserves emphasis. However, on line 175 there was an error in its writing and this should be corrected. The perspectives chapter could present quantified production forecasts for beer based on these raw materials.

REFEREE COMMENTS:

Response: We would like to thank to the referee for its appreciations. We also want to thank to him/her for the close reading of our manuscript. We corrected the error from line 175 and we also completed in the manuscript perspectives chapter some aspects related to the quantified production forecasts for beer.
