This paper is an interesting study of object detection in RSI by combining feature enhancement and Hybrid Attention. However, some minor changes are necessary:

Fig 2. Presented are C1-C5, while in the text is mentioned C=256; it needs to be harmonized. Attention should also be paid to marking - eg "H" is referred in the text (L207-211) as Heatmap and as height (!?), width (W) is also mentioned and not marked in the figure

In eq 3 are again used marks that should be related with previous figure(s) but have to be harmonized 

In Lines 372-375 all variables must be in italic

The paper presents an object detection method for remote sensing image with the help of feature enhancement and hybrid attention. It is a suitable topic for Applied Sciences MDPI journal.

I recommend a revision of the manuscript following my comments below.

-        Introduction: The Introduction must be enriched with (more) references, not only about the mentioned methods. The introduction should provide sufficient background and include relevant references.

-        Lines 207-212: This paragraph may be restructured, presenting equations and their descriptions.

-        Section 4.2 could be moved to Methods.

-        Figures 6, 7, 8, 9, and 10: The description of the figures might be improved.

-        Conclusions: The Conclusions section must be more developed.
