Round 1

Reviewer 1 Report

The paper discusses the design, construction, and testing of a new exposure system developed for cells electromagnetic biocompatibility studies. The paper presents a thorough research effort comprising both the numerical simulation and the physical construction of the experimental system, but also considerations regarding the results of the cell electromagnetic biocompatibility experiment.

While the English language usage in the paper is rather good, there are several situation where expressions could be reformulated for a better understanding
