I consider that this is a good job, well written, clear and concise.
I only recommend that the authors add one more reference, since oral rehabilitation with implants can not only be done after a tumor or osteonecrosis process, it can have a traumatic origin.

* In your opinion, could this have an influence on the success of the implant rehabilitation? Response : The DCIA flap provides sufficient graft bone volume. It is advantageous for mantanence after implant placement and rehabilitation. In addition, the DCIA flap is a vascularized bone graft with a lower bone resorption compared to a non-vascularized bone graft.

Response : We compared panoramic radiographs immediately after implant placement, at the time of impression taking for a prosthesis, and 6-12 months after the prosthesis

Response : In discuss section we have mentioned about the benefits of this study. Main results are that DICA flap has advantages for implantation, in terms of crown root ratio and optimal bone quantity and quality due to the reproducing the original contour of the jaw bone.

Authors performed a study to evaluate the clinical efficiency of the reconstruction of jawbone by deep circumflex iliac artery (DCIA) flap. The results demonstrate that DCIA flap is a reliable way for reproducing the original contour of the jaw bone and provide clinical benefits for implant placement.

I found this study interesting although the sample size is less, still, I believe this study can be improved and processed as a baseline for future researchers to work on. please incorporate the changes recommended.
