this article on the design of a tool for twb discs is very interesting and complete since it considers very well the geometric tolerances and subsequent verification using a Mec. the only detail that he commented is regarding the design of the bolt removal tool, since a complete analysis of the possible loads and requi. rements that could be obtained is not observed.

The author for replacement of TBM cutter robot that may occur in the process of working radial deviation and angular deviation, designed by the steering mechanism, flexible connection mechanism, and universal wrench tool change robot end executor, disassembly and assembly for new integration the knife dish, and made a scale model used in the experiment, has specific innovation.
However, adding practical effects and comparison diagrams in the experiment part is suggested, which can show the advantages of the design more intuitively.

The paper seems interesting for me, while it needs to improve the mentioned remarks. The significant imrovments should be implemented to bold the main contributions. The next quastion will be that how it was improved the previous systems. Hence, in my opinion, the main research quastions should be defined well.
