The article “An improvement of Wireless Endoscopic Image Detection using YOLO-Inception-Res-A” by Doniyorjon et al. reports a new approach for Wireless Endoscopic Image detection and localization, which can enhance the accuracy and speed of the detection. Here are some issues to be addressed for the further improvement of the manuscript:

1) The authors should carefully check the writing of the manuscript. For example, in abstract, it is stated that “We also present a new innovative approach for …”. It is better not to use “new” and “innovative” here. The authors should demonstrate the data and facts. The readers will make the judgement whether the proposed method is really new or innovative.

2) The display of Figure 3 is terrible and unclear. It is not a good choice to use the green and blue background.

3) The authors should check the typo and grammar errors throughout the manuscript. For example, in “Author Contributions”: who “wrote and developed with python environment”?

4) The current title contains too much abbreviations, which is not friendly to the readers. The authors should consider revising the title.

5) The format of all the references should be checked and revised.
