Author Response

Reviewer 2 Report

Overall, I think it's a well-written article that will appeal to readers.

A few typos need to be corrected.

I believe that if the authors also define atopy, it will be beneficial for the readers.

The blanks for LAR and NAR under SPT in Table 1 need to be filled in appropriately.

Author Response

We thank the reviewer for his/her precious advice, we have rewritten some sentences.

Reviewer 3 Report

Dear Authors,

Thanks for manuscript.

1-Abstract is more like a part of introduction and not an abstract and findings of manuscript.

2- many parts are seems like copy of just one manuscript like line 110 that clinical manifestation of LAR mentioned as a women with symptoms.

Author Response

Thank you for your advice, we have rewritten some sentences according to your suggestions.

Reviewer 5 Report

Thank you for giving me this opportunity. I read the text and I found it a comprehensive review. Yet, I have problem with the following issues:

·       Should there be any washout period before NAC? If yes, for what drugs and how long?

·       “CR” on line 115 should be written in complete form if used for the first time in the text.

·       There are a couple of grammatical and punctuation mistakes in the text such as:

-        “A” is redundant on line 21.

-        “Were” must be changed to “was” on line 316.

-        “and” before “AR” seems to be redundant on line 328.

-        The sentence on line 340 must be edited grammatically.

-        The sentence on line 384 should be corrected in terms of grammar and punctuation.

Author Response

Thank you for your suggestions, we have rewritten some sentences.

Round 2
