Round 1

Reviewer 1 Report

1. I think the title needs to be revised. The current title does not indicate the content of the work, but is more like the title of a review.
2. Although the author introduced some background of work in the Introduction, he did not emphasize the current problems solved by the system he proposed.
3. Section 3 Proposed Method: This section contains a lot of common sense rather than the details of your system.
4. The text data fields include 168,793 data records with 13 fields 274 (gender, age, height, weight, temperature, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, 275 pulse, respiratory rate, head circumference,  chest circumference, symptoms, and diagnosis 276 results). In addition to the text data,  479 patient records contain a cerebral CT/MRI image 277 size 512 x 512. Where do these numbers come from? The authors do not appear to have given the source of the data and do not intend to share it for validation.

Reviewer 2 Report

I read with interest the article regarding Health care and Big Data and AI. I would congratulate the authors on the specific topic which clearly represents an important topic and deserves further attention. At this point I would suggest the authors to include some novel inputs in their introduction and discussion about the currently available insurance claim database allowing in the US to analyze different outcome and conditions. This is a large and adopted research strategy which in the last decade has lead to an incredible amount of published articles. In particular the advent of AI has facilitated the aim of interest gaining more and more importance. On this purpose I would encourage the authors to refer to some valuable examples to reference in the literature in order to facilitate the readability of the document which otherwise may be hard to an audience not familiar with the topic: (DOI: 10.1016/j.urology.2015.03.001; DOI: 10.1089/end.2018.0667; DOI: 10.1089/end.2017.0174)
