The paper is good and plenty of tests are carried out. A few comments are suggested for the improvement:

1- the title of the paper is general. I think its better to concise it as:

"Effects of Freeze–Thaw Cycles on the Mechanical Properties and Microstructure of a Dispersed Soil"

2- Its better to make a table for comparing the results obtained by various tests and prepare a discussion part for the paper to explain the final results and their comparison. 

The English language is OK.
