Comments and Suggestions for Authors

1. section 2  is not highly relevant to VLC researchers and should be briefly mentioned instead of detailed. 2. Section 3 and 4 modulation and channel coding, these sections lack depth, offering only lists of events without detailed technical analysis or investigation. 3. The paper lacks a discussion and initial research results on future VLC technologies and potential techniques. Section 6 does not provide enough valuable insights.

Paper title: Comprehensive Survey on VLC in E-Healthcare: Channel Coding Schemes and Modulation Techniques

This research examines the advancements in e-health systems that utilize VLC technology, considering various modulation and channel coding techniques, with a focus on evaluating the effectiveness and limitations of these techniques to determine their impact on overall performance.

This idea is general to survey modulation and channel coding technologies for VLC system. My suggestion is major revision.

- Fig. 1 should improve the quality. This figure is not good to see.

- Authors should move Figure 1 to Section 5. It is  the prototype design of the medical healthcare system then it matched with Section 5

- Main contribution of this paper are survey Channel Coding Schemes and Modulation Techniques in Section 3 or 4, you should add some contents related IEEE 802.15.7-2018 standard to improve novelty of paper. In this standard, we have some good modulation and channel coding.

- Section 6 should insert Figure related Future directions of VLC in E-healthcare.

- Inssert more some figures related VLC in E-heal applications

- Future Directions and Challenges part should explain more idea to highlight a novelty of paper.
