Round 1

Reviewer 1 Report

In your simulations there there are no examples with real FSO links parameters. If real values of FSO emitters and receivers are shown as examples it will increase the paper quality.

Reviewer 2 Report

This paper was proposed a 32-channel-hybrid-multiplexing system that combines different multiplexing methods to transmit information in the atmospheric turbulence channel and studies the effects of atmospheric turbulence on the system.

The topic of this paper is interesting and the result appears to me positive because the motivation why solution of this would be important is clearly given. The paper is also well described; even non-specialists on this field would understand the paper.
However, it would be better if some directions for future work are described in detail. No specific editorial comments.
