The manuscript deals with the development of pH indicator composite films based on anthocyanins and neutral red for monitoring minced meat and fish in modified gas atmosphere (MAP).

 

 

The authors should revise the manuscript to reduce the level of similarity (36%). 

The English language must be revised.

Please align all equations and numbers.

 

Introduction

The topics must be better linked.

At the end of this section, please present only the objective of the study and not the performed analyses.

 

Materials and methods

Some methods must be presented in more detail, e.g. color analysis, illuminant used??ºobserver??

 

Results and Discussion

Please present average values plus standard deviation for all results, e.g. thickness. Moreover, please revise the discussion accordingly.

 

Conclusions

Please do not repeat your results and focus on your main conclusions.
