Round 1

Reviewer 1 Report

The paper needs to be restructured to provide clear sections for methodology, results, and discussions. The current form confuses the readers, this form can be accepted in reports, but in journal articles.

Avoid the use of we, us, ... refer to them as authors.

The literature is limited, authors need to deeply investigate the current literature and better discuss it with their findings in a discussion section.

Reviewer 2 Report

This paper proposes a Wi-Fi usage generative model that considers spatiotemporal characteristics. Also the results are validated experimentally.

The reference section may be improved. Included recent publications.

Reference 6 is incomplete.

Reviewer 3 Report

Thank you for providing me with the opportunity to read “Wi-Fi Usage Generative Model with Spatiotemporal TrafficPattern for System-level Simulation”. I have the following comments:

  • The paper requires thorough English Editing as there are many typos, grammar, and syntax errors. “It causes the difference between simulation and reality” the meaning is not clear here. There are many such sentences throughout the paper.
  • The problem is not clear from the abstract. Please revise
  • “Proposes a Wi-Fi usage generative model that considers spatiotemporal characteristics” to do what? This is not clear. Please revise
  • What is APs? This is not clear. There are other abbreviations as well which are not clear. Please spell out all abbreviations on the first appearance throughout the paper.
  • How many experiments were performed?
  • Add implications of the study in 1-2 lines to abstract
  • Please clarify the problem statement in the introduction section. It is unclear what problem is being addressed and why it is important to address.
  • Please use “Author [number]” when using the reference as starting point.
  • In section 2.2, please add more examples of the Network Traffic Model based on Deep Learning. Specifically, name the approaches used by other researchers for deep learning applications in similar contexts.
  • Please justify why and how the Pusan National University is sufficient for the current case study. Generally, using a single case study needs extra quality control measures. How was this ensured in the current study?
  • Please don’t use “this” or the “following” figure. Also, use the figure number to properly refer to the figure
  • In the comparisons sections, please compare the performance of current models with those previously published. While doing so, focus on the innovations, enhanced performance, and novelty of your work.
  • Please add the practical contributions of the study to the conclusion section.

Reviewer 3 Report

Thank you for addressing my comment. Please reduce the older (outdated) references and replace them with references publihsed in last 5 years. The paper has references from 2006, 2008 which are outdated and show a lack of review of rceent articles. Therefore please replace the existing older references with recent ones. Also, you can add some more new references to imporve the refernce section.
