Section 1-Introduction needs more references. The authors make many claims but bring no support for those claims. The last paragraph of the Introduction is part of the template and should be removed.
One of the main results one hopes to find in articles is the possibility of replicating the study in other regions. What can the world learn from Vietnamese businesses? The authors could create a paragraph talking about this in conclusion.
Finally, in conclusion, the authors could present a Table or Figure showing the results obtained. This table or figure can show the most important variables obtained through SPSS analysis, indicating facilities and difficulties faced in applying them in Vietnamese businesses and how the Vietnamese case can contribute to another country's case. A figure or table summarizing this information will help the general public understand and absorb the results. My suggestion is to use the following article to lead you in structuring the Introduction and Conclusion sections (https://doi.org/10.3390/joitmc7040229)
Overall, it is an excellent article, but it needs to be improved in the Introduction and discuss the results in conclusion, as suggested. I wish you a great job.

Response: The authors added more references (3,5,6,7,12) and used them in the introduction section. The last paragraph was removed

Response: In order to provide a more comprehensive analysis of the impact of digital transformation on logistics in Vietnamese enterprises, we have dedicated the last six paragraphs of section 4.1 to a detailed examination of the indicators. By doing so, we have identified some key advantages and disadvantages that currently exist. Furthermore, in section 5, we have enriched our discussion by incorporating additional information in the form of Figure 11 and the final paragraph of that section. These additions serve to further enhance our understanding of the topic at hand.

The survey of 258 logistic enterprises and subsequent quantitative analysis has yielded valuable insights into the five critical factors affecting digital transformation in these enterprises: manager roles, human resources, IT infrastructure, investment costs, and digital transformation services. This information can serve as a valuable resource for businesses looking to improve their digital transformation process and stay competitive in the rapidly evolving digital economy.
Furthermore, the authors have proposed a model to support businesses in recognizing these critical factors and developing a more effective digital transformation strategy. This model can provide valuable guidance for managers who are looking to improve their digital transformation processes and increase their competitiveness in the global market.
In addition, the authors' analysis of the current state of digital transformation in Vietnamese logistics enterprises has shed light on the challenges and opportunities facing these businesses.
Finally, the authors have proposed four specific solutions to help enterprises execute digital transformation more efficiently and quickly.
Overall, the authors have provided a well-researched and valuable contribution to the field of logistics and digital transformation in Vietnamese enterprises.

Addressing the limitations of the research is important because it helps to provide a clear and honest evaluation of the study's scope and potential biases. This can help readers to better understand the reliability and generalizability of the research findings and to identify areas for future research.
Response: Although we have conducted an analysis on 258 samples in this paper, we acknowledge that this number is relatively modest. To expand the scope and depth of our research, we aspire to undertake further studies in the future. This intention has been articulated in the concluding section of our literature.
