Comments and Suggestions for Authors

The authors proposed a novel 3-phase PET topology. The reuse of H bridges lowers the number of switch tubes and transformers. The topology also enhances the power density and compactness of the PET system.  The author deployed simulation using PLECS, the simulated results illustrated the high quality of the proposed topology.

The manuscript is well organized and contributing to the field. The manuscript meets the requirements for publication.

Comments and Suggestions for Authors

The paper must be improved. some comments are as:

There are some related papers which have presented almost similar topology, like "An H-Bridge Time-Sharing Multiplexing-Based
Power Electronic Transformer"  the authors should clarify the differences.

- Add iL current.

-Figure 13, add vertical axis name.

- Add capacitors voltages

-based on this "The input series and output parallel (ISOP) configurations result in a huge number of power switching devices, high-frequency transformers (HFT), and capacitors in the high-voltage, high-capacity CHB-PET, leading to the need for high hardware cost and huge size of the CHB-PET, which further poses a significant challenge to the engineering feasibility and marketability of the CHB-PET. To address these issues, a CHB-PET topology is proposed in this paper. " which authors have mentioned in abstract, they should implement a also simulation for conventional topology and add a comparison section with discussion.

- The motivation part of introduction is weak.

- references can be updated more.

Comments and Suggestions for Authors

Dear Authors, interesting article but there are many parts to integrate and improve:

1) Figure 7, Figure 8: Labels are missing in the figure on inputs and outputs. To be added.

2) Where are the voltage and current sensors used for control located?

3) It is not clear how you synchronize your converter. Are there any procedures to adopt?

4) A flowchart of the implemented control software is missing. To add and explain well.

5) There is no comparison with other Power Electronic Transformer. What are the advantages/disadvantages of this topology? Have you measured Total Harmonic Distortion (THD)?

6) The references are few and not all recent. Check if there are any more to add.

Comments and Suggestions for Authors

The authors have addressed some part of my comments.

However, They have added simulation results of PET II just for DC output voltage in fig. 13.

However, even in Fig. 13 it is obvious that the control method in PET II is more robust and faster than  PET I which is proposed by the authors. How they can justify this issue?

PLease increase the quality of figures 11-15.
