Reviewer 2 Report

Hi I have uploaded the report.

Comments for author File: Comments.pdf

As I said in my comments the English is readable and pretty good for non native speakers. But again my native language is German but I have been living for 17 years in the UK.  Why is this important? Because for me (as opposed to a native speaker of English) it is a lot easier to read English which is written by non native speakers.

I don't know what the other reviewer(s) has to say but once the paper is in the final version maybe we go over the English or you ask someone to proof read it.
