This manuscript is globally well written, introduction should a little completed to better make the link between the litterature review and the objectives, explaining why is needed to micro encapsulate the oil and why in the form you have decided.

The material and methods section is clear but it is needed to add more details on the samples used.

The results are clearly presented, only in some tables and figures the unitis should be introduced as main information not only as a foot note. The form with dotpoints it is not the best one.

The discussion made is complete and useful.

The conclusions are fine
