Round 1

Reviewer 1 Report

I have no comments for the authors.

Reviewer 2 Report

Peach is one of the most important temperate zone fruit species. There is little information in the literature about the ripening biological characteristics of peach cultivars and the inner content values of them. The article therefore reports the results of a gap-filling research. It is a particular value of article, that many new cultivars have been examined. The methods used during the research work are modern, the results are properly analysed and presented in clear figures. I support the publication of the article in its current form.
