Dear Authors,

The current draft is really interesting in the topic of MSIMP and SM-EMOEA solutions. While the work is well written and organized, i have the comments as below. These comments will help the readers to understand better the context.

- In figure 1, you need to separate the MSIMP phases, and Subject knowledge from MSIMP applications. even it is well described in the text, you need to make it clear and less confusing. Having two figures can be a solution.

- Figure 2 needs to be improved. There is no starting point. Please modify it to make a clear procedure for forest fire monitoring.

- In Table 1, can you please consider any KPIs? you can computation costs and response time as two of the important KPIs. Same for Table 2.

- Figure 11: Is there any information available on the real implementations / industry projects? this can be a great information to provide for the readers. For example, the trend of budget investment of industry in this topic? number of satellites involved in real world, or satellite companies.

I believe that this draft can be a good candidate for the publication after solving these comments.
