The paper presents a nice work on the analysis of the complex network of the urban function under the lockdown of COVID-19. With a plenty of data support,  the study draws very useful conclusions, which can be used as reference for government to consider whether  and how a lockdown decision should be made. Here are few suggestions for a tiny improvement:
1.   replace 'epidemic' with 'pandemic' because that COVID-19 has been spread over the world.
2. Remove article 'The' at the beginning of all table, figure captions, and section titles. For example, 'Figure 1. The geographical location of Shenzhen in China.' should be 'Figure 1. Geographical location of Shenzhen in China.'.

3.  Line 33: mention the reference here. For example:
`From the previous studies (see section 2:  Literature review )`.

This paper studied the complex networks of urban functions and their clusters under COVID-19 impact. The interdependencies between the urban functions before and during COV-19 lockdown. The paper was well written and the methodology was well presented. The paper can be accepted after some minor modifications.

(1) In the abstract, the comparison results of the difference and changes of the urban functions before and after lookdown should be explicitly described.

(2) As this study involves the collection of large amount of data for analysis, please provide more details of data collection methods, especially those data change over time.
