Department of Civil Engineering Technology, Environmental Management and Safety College of Engineering Technology, Rochester Institute of Technology, New York, NY 14623, USA” should be removed. The authors state that the scientific conclusions are unaffected. This correction was approved by the Academic Editor. The original publication has also been updated.
