The 1st International Conference on Physics of Semiconductor Devices, Renewable Energies and Environment

Bechar, Algeria | 14–16 November 2022

Volume Editor:
Mebarka Daoudi, University of Bechar, Algeria

Cover Story: The first international conference on Physics of Semiconductor Devices, Renewable Energies and Environment (ICPSDREE) is a virtual and physical scientific conference organized by the faculty of Exact Sciences at the University of Bechar, Bechar, Algeria. It is held to provide insight to people who want to gain experience and develop their skills. The conference contains four main sessions and one special session, which are: Physics of Semiconductor Devices, Renewable Energies, Environment, Flows and Heat Transfers. Special session: Medical Physics. The ICPSDREE is the ideal event to learn about new perspectives, technologies, and trends which could push the boundaries of technology and create a broader future for novel applications.

  • Messaoud Hamouda,
  • Othmane Abdelkhalek,
  • Aissa Benhamou,
  • Bouchaib Ali and
  • Saad Mekhilef

A frequency-decoupling-based power split was used in this study to manage a direct-current microgrid (DC-MG)-based PV and hybridized energy storage system (HESS), which consisted of a battery and a supercapacitor. The HESS control integrated a dual-l...
