About BioMed
Aims
BioMed (ISSN 2673-8430) is an international, peer-reviewed, open access journal that aims to provide a publishing platform covering the broad field of subjects in human life science and medicine. We encourage the submission of multidisciplinary research crossing these boundaries. We welcome original research papers, communications, letters, short notes, case reports, and reviews.
Scope
This journal covers all topics related to human life science and medicine. Topics of interest include but are not limited to:
- Clinical Medicine: cardiology and cardiovascular medicine; gastroenterology and hepatopancreatobiliary medicine; nephrology and urology; rheumatology and orthopedic medicine; endocrinology, diabetes, and metabolism; hematology and oncology; obstetrics and gynecology; ophthalmology; otolaryngology; clinical psychology and psychiatry; clinical pharmacology; etc.
- Basic Medical Science: cell biology, biochemistry, physiology, pharmacology, histology, genetics, and molecular biology; cellular and molecular biochemistry; cellular signaling; clinical biochemistry; computational biology; genetics and genomics; histopathology; immunopathology; molecular virology and immunology; transcriptomics; etc.
- Public Health: epidemiology; biostatistics and risk assessment; health protection and disease prevention; health care service; public health practice; etc.
- Biomedical Engineering and Biotechnology: bioinformatics; biomaterials; biosensors, biomechanics; biophotonics; medical imaging and signal processing; medical devices; tissue and stem cell engineering; 3D bioprinting; robotics in medicine; etc.
