12th IEEE International Conference on e-Health and Bioengineering (EHB 2024)
The IEEE International e-Health and Bioengineering Conference (EHB) series is one of the most salient international conferences on e-health, bioengineering, biomedical engineering, and their applications. The 12th edition of EHB will be held from the 14th to 15th of November 2024 in a hybrid format: online and in Iasi, Romania. The conference has been organized by Grigore T. Popa University of Medicine and Pharmacy of Iasi, Faculty of Medical Bioengineering and co-organized by the International Society for Digital Health and Education (SISDE) and Institute of Computer Science of the Romanian Academy - Iasi Branch (IIT). Its technical sponsors are the IEEE, IEEE Romania Section, IEEE-EMB, IEEE-EMC, IEEE Signal Processing Romania Chapters, and IEEE SMC Romania Chapter.
This conference is mainly dedicated to e-health systems, medical bioengineering, and biomedical engineering, but also addresses related fields. Its specific aim and objectives include the promotion of advanced hardware and software technologies in the emerging domains of e-health, medical devices and instrumentation, biosignal and image processing, medical informatics, biomechanics, biomaterials, biotechnologies, medical physics, healthcare management, teaching and (e)learning, and rehabilitative and assistive technologies, as well as in some younger disciplines such as bioinformatics, systems biology, and the virtual physiological human. The program will feature some world-class plenary speakers on these emerging topics.

The EHB conferences from 2011 to 2021, including EHB 2011, 2013, 2015, 2017, 2019, 2020, and 2021, have been accepted and indexed in both the IEEE Xplore international database and the Web of Science Core Collection by Clarivate (previously known as ISI Conference Proceedings Citation Index). The 2022 edition was indexed solely in IEEE, while the 2023 edition was indexed by Springer Nature.
