Special Issue Information

Dear Colleagues,

Historically, psychotic disorders like schizophrenia have been managed reactively. Recent advances in neuroscience, genetics, and epidemiology have shifted the focus to early identification and prevention.

This Special Issue aims to explore innovative strategies for predicting and preventing psychotic disorders, covering epidemiological studies, biomarkers, neuroimaging, genetic research, psychosocial interventions, and public health strategies. The goal of this Special Issue is to foster multidisciplinary dialogue and develop comprehensive prevention frameworks.

Recent research highlights promising biomarkers, genetic risk factors, and effective psychosocial interventions like CBT. Machine learning is being used to create more accurate prediction models by integrating diverse data.

We seek the submission of original research, reviews, and case studies to our Special Issue focused on biological and psychological markers, longitudinal studies, innovative interventions, data integration for risk prediction, and public health approaches. Submissions from psychiatry, psychology, neuroscience, and related fields are welcome to provide a holistic view and encourage collaborative prevention efforts.
