Cancer Survivorship and Quality of Life
A section of Cancers (ISSN 2072-6694).
Section Information
Cancer survivors are now living longer thanks to a better understanding of this cancer’s biology and the development of new treatment regimens. However, they continue to face long-term consequences of the disease and its treatment. Understanding the mechanism of survivorship can help to improve the quality of life of cancer survivors. Studies seeking to identify the mechanism that prevent and control adverse diagnosis- and treatment-related outcomes which impact the quality of life of cancer patients will be considered.
