The Earth Sciences Section is an international media platform for the exchange of knowledge, public discussion and open access publication of high-quality studies and original research ‎in the field of geosciences and geoengineering. It is dedicated to significant advances in all areas of geosciences and geoengineering, including Atmospheric Sciences, Ecology, Geochemistry, Geology, Geophysics, Glaciology, Hydrology, Oceanography, Limnology, Physical Geography, Soil Sciences, Rock Physics, Rock Mechanics and Mining. Papers are welcome on any relevant topic, including theoretical, analytical and numerical methods, laboratory, field and case studies, state-of-the-art reviews, and rapid communications/letters devoted to breakthroughs in the areas of geosciences and geoengineering.
