Open Access and Article Processing Charge (APC)

All articles published in Journal of the Oman Medical Association (ISSN 2813-8759) are published in full open access. In order to provide free access to readers, and to cover the costs of peer review, copyediting, typesetting, long-term archiving, and journal management, MDPI uses article processing charges (APCs). At present, the APC for Journal of the Oman Medical Association is fully subsidized by Oman Medical Association (OMA), meaning there is no charge to authors or their institutions.

Submitted papers should be well-prepared, with good English and clear figures. Authors should resolve issues prior to publication, e.g., in response to reviewer feedback, or risk delays and even rejection. MDPI Author Services offers professional English and Figure Editing.
