Special Issue Information

Dear Colleagues,

Personalized medicine is set to transform obstetrics and gynecology by emphasizing individualized care tailored to genetic, environmental, and lifestyle factors. The objective of this Special Issue is to compile research that advances clinical practice by tailoring medication administration methods and therapy approaches to the individual needs of patients.

We invite submissions of original research articles and review papers focused on techniques for early detection of genetic disorders, fetal risk assessment, and fetal health monitoring. Furthermore, we are open to exploring metagenomics and epigenetics, with an emphasis on how the microbiome and epigenetic changes affect treatment options and pregnancy outcomes. Pharmacogenomics, which adjusts drug regimens to genetic profiles for better efficacy and safety, is another topic of interest.

In addition, we are interested in research on personalized endocrine therapies in gynecological health, including the latest approaches for diagnosing and managing uterine fibroids and endometriosis. Other key topics include cancer risk assessment through genetic testing for evaluation and prevention and personalized fertility treatments. The critical importance of screening and preventive care, as well as the development of new diagnostic tools and techniques, round out our focus areas.

We look forward to receiving your contributions.
