Gynecologic cancers pose significant challenges to women's health globally, necessitating a nuanced understanding of their molecular underpinnings for effective personalized treatment strategies. This Special Issue delves into the latest research and innovations in gynecologic oncology, spanning molecular mechanisms, diagnostic modalities, and therapeutic interventions. From elucidating the intricate signaling pathways driving tumorigenesis to exploring novel biomarkers and targeted therapies, these contributions highlight the diverse facets of gynecologic malignancies. Moreover, the emphasis is placed on integrating cutting-edge technologies, such as genomics, proteomics, and immunotherapy, within clinical practice to tailor treatment approaches based on individual patients’ profiles.
