Special Issue Information

Dear Colleagues,

Basal cell carcinoma, the most prevalent skin cancer, is typically treated surgically and has an excellent prognosis. Despite this, numerous questions remain unanswered. This Special Issue is dedicated to summarizing the latest research in the field, covering advances in epidemiology, genetics, treatment modalities and prevention of basal cell carcinomas. Comprising concise reviews and original studies, the Special Issue aims to provide a comprehensive exploration of this topic, offering valuable insights into the current state of knowledge and future directions for research and clinical practice.

Manuscripts can be submitted until the deadline. All submissions that pass pre-check are peer-reviewed. Accepted papers will be published continuously in the journal (as soon as accepted) and will be listed together on the special issue website.
