Special Issue Information

Dear Colleagues,

As there are increasing patients diagnosed with hyperlipidemia due to metabolic disorder even if there are no symptoms which can lead to serious endocrine disease such as diabetes mellitus, the importance of hyperlipidemia is emerging in human and it is also applicable to veterinary medicine. There are also various types of cancers related to hyperlipidemia such as mammary gland tumor and hepatocellular carcinoma.

This Special Issue aims to investigate various hyperlipidemia related endocrine disease and cancer and provide further understanding of disease molecular mechanism which can applied to patient treatment.

Using the technique of metabolomics, metabolic biochemistry, computational and systems biology,
biotechnology regarding the molecular mechanism to support early diagnosis and monitoring and also treatment of hyperlipidemia related disease is welcome. Comparison of hyperlipidemia and related cancer in human and animal can also leads to deeper understanding of disease molecular mechanism.

Submissions are welcome on a wide range of hyperlipidemia related endocrine disease such as diabetes mellitus, Cushing’ s disease, pancreatitis and also cancers such as mammary gland tumor, colorectal cancer, liver cancer in human and veterinary medicine.

Manuscripts can be submitted until the deadline. All submissions that pass pre-check are peer-reviewed. Accepted papers will be published continuously in the journal (as soon as accepted) and will be listed together on the special issue website. Research articles, review articles as well as short communications are invited. For planned papers, a title and short abstract (about 100 words) can be sent to the Editorial Office for announcement on this website.
