Best Paper Award
The Pharmaceutics Best Paper Award is granted annually to highlight publications of high quality, scientific significance, and extensive influence. This esteemed award will be given to one review and one original research article each year, recognizing their outstanding contributions to the journal and field. The Journal Award Committee will conduct a rigorous selection process under the leadership of our esteemed Editor-in-Chief, Prof. Dr. Patrick J. Sinko. Winners will be chosen from all previous year's reviewers and revealed by the end of June each year.
Two prizes will be awarded, one for an original research article and one for a review article. The prizes include the following:
– A chance to publish a paper for free in Pharmaceutics in 2025 after peer review;– Each winner will also receive a certificate and CHF 300.

Eligibility and Requirements
– Papers must be published in Pharmaceutics during the 2023 calendar year;– Both regular and Special Issue submissions will be considered;
– The award is open to authors at all career levels.
Selection Criteria
– Originality and scientific merit of the research;– Creativity of the study design and uniqueness of the approaches and concepts used;
– Clarity of presentation;
– Scientific impact as shown by citations and downloads.
