Edentulous Patient Satisfaction with Conventional Complete Dentures
Abstract
:1. Introduction
2. Materials and Methods
Statistical Analysis
3. Results
4. Discussion
5. Conclusions
- Overall satisfaction was related to a patient’s comfort levels when using both maxillary and mandibular complete dentures.
- The aesthetics of maxillary and mandibular dentures played an important role in ensuring patient comfort.
- The stability of the mandibular dentures was associated with patient comfort.
- Sex differences concerning satisfaction with complete dentures were not observed.
- Increased age and bone resorptions level had no influence on satisfaction levels.
