This paper presents a combined model that obtains annual rainfall. The method is reasonable and valuable for further application. The paper can be published after addressing some minor issues.
1, RFs are connected after the EMD, have the author tried the Deep Neural Network (DNN)? Would the DNN be better than the RF? And please elaborate the input parameters of the model (both the EMD and RF) in more detail.
2, All the figures are blurry, please must improve.
3, Please check more carefully with the manuscript format, where is the References 1 (line 473)?

1, RFs are connected after the EMD, have the author tried the Deep Neural Network (DNN)? Would the DNN be better than the RF? And please elaborate the input parameters of the model (both the EMD and RF) in more detail.
DNN can be used instead of RF, and this work is being carried out as future work. The input parameters of the model are mentioned in the work.
2. All the figures are blurry, please must improve.
