Travel Award

Dear Colleagues,

On behalf of the Evaluation Committee, we are pleased to announce the winner of the Antioxidants 2020 Travel Award: Roberto Berni. He will receive 800 Swiss Francs to cover the cost of participation at a conference of his choice.

Roberto Berni is a PhD Student at University of Siena. He is interested in the secondary metabolism of plants, i.e., the phenylpropanoid pathway and the genes involved in this metabolic branch, as well as the related phenolic molecules displaying antioxidant effects and nutraceutical value. This award will support his travel to the Plant Biology Europe 2020 conference to communicate his current research results.

We would like to congratulate the winner and thank all the applicants for their participation.
