Special Issue Information

Dear Colleagues,

Natural disasters are occurring frequently around the world. In particular, in recent years, the risk of disasters such as wind and flood damage occurring before and after major disasters (including major earthquakes) has increased, making it essential to take measures against complex disasters. Research and development for responding to such complex disasters is urgently needed. This Special Issue calls for research papers on disaster mitigation targeting complex disasters.

For instance, disaster mitigation research using simulations, IT, and observations focusing on cases of earthquakes, earthquakes and tsunamis, earthquakes and foods, floods, disasters and infectious diseases, etc., is welcome.
