Contributions will highlight the integration of digital health tools, wearable devices, and telemedicine into the monitoring of blood pressure, as well as the significance of early detection and personalized treatment approaches. Additionally, this Special Issue will discuss the implications of social determinants in hypertension prevalence and diagnosis, with the aim of reaching a holistic understanding of this condition.
