These papers are among the best of the broad array of high quality research published in Forests, spanning from basic to applied, human dimensions to physiology. We warmly congratulate Dr. Johan Gielis, Dr. Jude Ndzifon Kimengsi, Dr. Jacques Régnière, Dr. Arturo Sanchez-Azofeifa and their colleagues.

In recognition of their accomplishments, each of the corresponding authors will be granted a cash award as noted, a certificate, and the chance to publish a paper (as first author or corresponding author, either
review papers or research articles) with a 50% discounts in Forests before 31 December 2020 (after the completion of the normal peer-review process). We would like to express our sincere gratitude to these and all Forests authors for their contributions to the journal.
