Special Issue Information

Dear Colleagues,

Foodborne pathogens are a major threat to public health; they are globally responsible for a significant number of disease-associated outbreaks. With this Special Issue, we aim to explore and discover the most recent advances in foodborne pathogen detection, control, and risk assessment to ensure their dissemination to the scientific and diagnostic community. We aim to publish work related to these areas; however, there is a huge interest in exploring interdisciplinary research, which could potentially link them to public health. We welcome science from emerging economies and developing countries which might increase our understanding of how these pathogens are behaving in these environments.
