1. The authors should give references about the sentence in P.2, Lines 3-4.

2. P.2, Line 15: What is gelling material? Please explain or modify the description.

3. p.3 Lines 4-5 from the page bottom: "The RM was thermally activated at 700℃ for 2 h, and the EMR was mixed with 5% CaO". Why did you do this? Please give the reasons.

The authors have done a lot of experimental test in this study and within the scope of this journal. However, the current form of the paper must be improved since it lacks important information such as in the methodology and discussion aspects. For instance the use of concrete, but the title use mortar. Detailed comments are given in the attachment.
