Special Issue Information
Dear Colleagues,
This is a Special Issue on controversies and innovations in the surgical management of gastric cancer and pancreatic endocrine tumors. Topics for pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors (pNETs) include the extent of surgery for primary pNETs enucleation vs. resection, benefits of laparoscopic, robotic, and open approach, use of peptide receptor radiation therapy plus surgery vs. surgery alone for liver metastases from pNETs, and outcomes of patients with mesenteric vascular involvement.
