Special Issue Information

Dear Colleagues,

As it has been done every other year since 2020, the Ibero-American Nutrition Foundation celebrates the 3rd Edition of its main scientific event, the FINUT 2024 Conference which will be held in Medellín, Colombia from October 24 to 26 2024; co-organized by the School of Nutrition and Dietetics of the University of Antioquia (UdeA). The conference objective is to create a space for the exchange, discussion of ideas, and integration of new teams in which all the stakeholders that influence the field participate to face the main challenges of Food, Nutrition, and Sustainability in Ibero-America.

Around 500 persons will join together and present in 45 scientific symposiums and 250 scientific communications the latest research performed in the Ibero-American region about the following four main Conference topics:  a. Healthy nutrition in the life cycle and Clinical Nutrition; b. Nutritional Epidemiology and Challenges of Public Health in Latin America; c. Safe, healthy, sustainable, and social food; and d. Methods and Tools in Nutrition.

We kindly invite researchers and professionals in the region to send their manuscripts to this supplement to update the world's professionals on the latest research from the Ibero-American region.
